RAFA



For those unfamiliar with RAFA, its probably prudent to let you know a little about our chosen charity!

The RAF Association each year helps tens of thousands of people by offering a wide range of welfare services that include home and hospital visits from a volunteer field force; long-term residential care; short-term convalescent and respite breaks; sheltered housing’ resettlement advice and advice on war pensions. In addition, RAFA are directly involved in the delivery of welfare support to RAF personnel currently serving on the front-line. The Association receives no Government funding and is entirely dependant on the generosity of the public and it’s members to raise the funds to continue the work for the RAF family. The demand on their resources continues to grow, which is why we as serving members of the RAF are working hard to raise much needed funding. Learn more about the work of RAFA here
